Swimmer of Meet |

I was very disappointed with the result and also with the attitude of a few swimmers. At this level I do not expect swimmers to get disqualified and there will be changes for the final round. Even so I think we have done enough in the first round to secure a position in the middle gala. I was really pleased with Paige Royce who swam relay after relay and showed that she is a team swimmer - unlike others. Swimmer of the Meet was Ben Pogson, showing his class by winning both individual races -100m Backstroke and Freestyle, and showing that he is a major team member in helping the15 year old teams to victory.
